The service offered was amazing, the room was updated with a private balcony, a huge bathroom and the great coffee machine. Location: the hotel was not far from the Santa Barbara Bowl, and Santa Barbara and other locally made products.

The hotel is in a great location near State Street, making it convenient for exploring the downtown area and attending an artist workshop. Our room was clean and had a good size bathroom. We enjoyed the small sitting area outside our room and the free parking directly outside. The staff, especially Tania at the front desk, provided exceptional service and helpful recommendations. They even helped us navigate alternative transportation options when our train was cancelled.
